Amanda is a Realtor and Certified EcoBroker, as well as a National Association of Realtors Green Designee, and one of the owners of E3 Properties. She has combined her experience and knowledge in real estate with her passion for protecting the environment by founding E3 Properties, the leader in Austin’s emerging green real estate industry.

Amanda has lived in Austin for more than 30 years, is a graduate of The University of Texas, and knows this community inside and out. Her personal philosophy is “how you live is as important as where you live” and she works with clients to ensure they find a home and neighborhood that fits their lifestyle.

For sellers, she helps them identify, maximize and highlight the energy-efficient and green features of their home, increasing its appeal to the growing number of environmentally aware buyers. For those seeking a green home, she can help them find properties with green features, as well as those that can be easily remodeled to be environmentally friendly. For clients buying a traditional home, Amanda connects them to her trusted group of green professionals so they can retrofit the home to be more energy efficient.

Amanda is the co-creator of the Eco Series, an educational environmental platform designed to teach the greater Austin community about sustainable living practices. She is also leading an effort to organize a local Green Business Coalition. Amanda lives in Central Austin with her two sons.
