Patty is a second generation Realtor, and a Certified EcoBroker, as well as a National Association of Realtors Green Designee. She founded E3 Properties after receiving top awards for her work at a national real estate company in Austin. She envisioned a different type of real estate firm that would focus on planet-friendly principles while helping clients successfully sell and buy homes. In short, Patty wants to change the nature of real estate. She especially enjoys working with clients relocating to Austin from out of state, people who are a part of the “Texadus”

Patty worked with the National Parks program after graduating from University of Delaware and went on to manage environmental education programs in Eastern Europe. She later moved her family to Austin, and regularly says, “wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could.” She loves Austin for its progressive approach to life, its status as one of the most eco-friendly cities in America, and the “Keep Austin Weird‚” philosophy.

Patty is currently coordinating a barn raising group, which is a collaborative organization that helps neighbors make affordable home repairs and improvements. She, her husband and daughter live in North Austin and are trying their hand at raising chickens.
